Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. Your access and use of this site and its services bind you to this Agreement.
General terms and conditions
Pure Bhava Healing Centre is a website to provide general information and education and should not be considered a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We advise users to always seek the advice of qualified physicians or other healthcare providers with any questions regarding personal health or medical conditions.
We may modify this Agreement at any time and any modifications made will be effective immediately. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions as posted on this Terms of Service at the time of your access or use. You agree to review the content posted on the Terms of Service each time you access it so that you are aware of any modifications made.
About Therapy
A successful session relies on your commitment and motivation. When you agree to take part in therapy sessions, as the client, you are considered a “co-therapist” who agrees to be fully committed and involved in the process, which may include self-work if necessary. You accept that treatment is offered on the basis of the information you supply, which you represent and warrant to be complete and truthful.
About Booking
You will receive an email confirmation for the session once you have made the payment. Please check your junk folder as well to make sure you have received this. If you are late for your session by more than 20 minutes, this will be considered to be a non-refundable, no-show cancellation on your part.
Refund Policy
We do not accept rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment time. Deposit payments made towards such appointments are non-refundable. Rescheduling or cancelling your in-person session has to be done before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
A S$15 charge will apply if you cancel the appointment before 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to 3 (three) times before 48 hours of scheduled appointment without any charge, however a S$15 charge will apply should you wish to reschedule further.
In addition to the above, purchased packages are not eligible for refunds. The therapist cannot control or force the client to change or do anything they do not want to do. At the end of each session, the therapist will ask if the client is satisfied. If the client has doubt or apprehension during or immediately following a therapy session, it is in the client’s best interest to communicate with the therapist as soon as possible.
When the therapist has any concerns throughout the session, the therapist has the obligation to inform and discuss with the client to determine the recommended course of treatment. The client has the option to take the recommendation or not go ahead with future sessions. If the client has paid in advance for the sessions, the client has the option to not go ahead, and as an exception to the above, the client will be refunded the amount that was paid in advance.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We uphold our ethics and commit to keeping and maintaining records of all clients both in written form and electronically. Your information will be protected by reasonable security safeguards against loss and theft, unauthorized access, or use. Your information will never be sold or distributed at all times unless certain conditions as follow:

You reveal you intend to harm yourself or another person.

You reveal that a child is being abused or is in danger of abuse.

We are compelled to reveal information by a court order.

You reveal you are a member of a terrorist organization – this must be reported to the police.

You reveal you are laundering money from the sale of drugs – this must be reported to the police.
