To ensure fairness and maintain the intimate nature of our workshops, our policy is designed to protect your investment while allowing for necessary changes.

1. Rescheduling by Participant
If you are unable to attend, your full payment will be credited toward the next available workshop date. We require notification at least 7 days (one week) before the scheduled start time to arrange this transfer. This allows us the necessary time to manage workshop preparations and offer the spot to others on our waitlist .

2. Participant Substitution
You may transfer your spot to another person at any time before the workshop begins. Please inform us of the new participant’s name and contact details at your earliest convenience.

3. No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend and have not contacted us to reschedule or arrange a substitute at least 7 days (one week) in advance forfeit their payment.

4. Cancellation by Pure Bhava
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a workshop, all participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a new date
